This policy explains which payment methods we accept at Jenna & Keller, how your payment is processed, and how your card details are protected.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods, and only these:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Discover
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
The same methods are shown in our footer and offered at checkout. If a payment method is not listed here, we do not accept it.
Currency
All prices on this website are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). The amount shown at checkout is the final amount: shipping is free on every order, and there are no handling fees, customs charges or hidden costs. See our Shipping Policy.
When You Are Charged
Your card is charged at the moment you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away. If a payment is declined, no order is created and no money is taken; any pending authorization released by your bank usually disappears within a few business days.
Secure Checkout
jennaandkeller.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on every page. SSL scrambles sensitive information, including card numbers and passwords, while it travels between your browser and our store, so it cannot be read in transit. You can confirm the connection is secure by the padlock icon in your browser and the “https” at the start of the web address.
PCI Compliance
Our checkout is provided by Lasso Commerce and is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard is the security standard that all organizations handling card data must meet, and it exists to reduce card fraud through stronger controls around cardholder data.
Your Card Details
We never see or store your full card number. When a purchase is completed, all we can see is your billing information, your shipping information, your order details and the last four digits of the card used. Your card details are handled entirely by our payment processor.
We do not rent, sell or share your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains in full what we collect and how it is used.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
If you were charged twice, or charged for an order you never received a confirmation for, email info@jennaandkeller.com with your order number and the date of the charge. We will investigate and refund any duplicate charge in full.
Refunds
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. The timeline and conditions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers we screen orders for signs of fraud. If an order is flagged we may contact you to verify your details before dispatching it, or cancel the order and refund it in full. We will never ask you for your full card number, your PIN or your online banking password — by email, by phone or in any other way.
