These Terms of Service govern your use of jennaandkeller.com and every order you place with us. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to them.

Using This Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, and not to copy, scrape or resell any part of it without our written permission.

Products and Descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including fabric, fit and measurements. Colors can appear differently from one screen to another, so a small variation between the photograph and the item you receive is possible. Products are subject to availability, and we may change or discontinue an item at any time.

Prices and Orders

All prices are in US Dollars and include no hidden charges; shipping is free on every order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, to limit the quantity of any item, and to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment, you are refunded in full.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you the confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment terms and checkout security are set out in our Payment Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 3 to 10 business days, within the United States only. Full terms are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The conditions, who pays for return shipping, and the refund timeline are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Intellectual Property

The Jenna & Keller name, logo, product photography, descriptions and site design are our property or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Reviews and Submissions

If you send us a review, comment or photograph, you give us permission to publish and use it. We may edit or remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading. You are responsible for what you submit.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your state of residence.

Errors on This Website

Occasionally there may be information on this site that contains a typographical error or an inaccuracy relating to a price, a description or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, where Senft Media LTD is registered, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your state of residence.
